Express Shipping - AU Only

    City Chic offers an Express Post service to Australian customers, providing expedited shipping through Australia Post's Express Post option. This service ensures delivery within 1-3 business days to most locations in Australia.
  2. Pricing
    The Express Post service is available for a fee of $14.99 per shipment. City Chic reserves the right to modify the cost of this service at any time without prior notice. Customers will be charged the price in effect at the time of their order.
  3. Delivery Commitment
    While Australia Post's Express Post service ensures delivery within 1-3 business days, delivery times may vary based on the destination and other factors beyond our control. City Chic is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or any unforeseen circumstances.
  4. Processing Time
    Please note that selecting Express Post does not expedite the processing of your order. All orders will undergo the standard processing time before being dispatched for shipment. The Express Post service solely accelerates the delivery time once the package has been shipped.
  5. Service Limitations
    The Express Post service is available for deliveries within Australia only. Certain remote or regional locations may experience longer delivery times. Customers are advised to check the availability of Express Post services for their specific location prior to placing an order.
  6. Changes and Amendments

Service Availability
The 'Deliver to Store' option is currently available at selected City Chic stores in NSW and Victoria. See below for participating locations. We may look to extend this option to more stores or change which stores participate over time.

Please note: The ‘Deliver to Store’ option will only appear as an option at checkout if your billing address is within 25km of a store currently participating in the ‘Deliver to Store’ program 

 

  1. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframe
    Orders placed with 'Deliver to Store' will be shipped to your chosen store within 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  2. Collection Notification
    Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification. This email will include a unique PIN number, which you must present at the store to verify your identity and collect your order.
  3. Collection Period
    You are required to pick up your order within 21 business days from the date of the notification email.
  4. Uncollected Orders
    If your order is not collected within the 21-day timeframe, items will be returned, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  5. Identification and PIN Requirement
    To collect your order, please bring a copy of your notification email as the unique PIN number provided in your email must be presented for verification.
  6. Changes to Service
    City Chic Australia reserves the right to modify or discontinue the 'Deliver to Store' option at any time without prior notice.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    City Chic will not be liable for any delays or issues arising from circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping (New Zealand Only)


At this time, citychic.co.nz delivers exclusively to New Zealand. Expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days from dispatch.*

All New Zealand orders are shipped from our warehouse in Prestons, NSW Australia.

If your shipment confirmation is sent over the weekend, your order will be dispatched the next business day, after which tracking will be available.

Great news! We now deliver to NZ PO Box addresses!

Track your order anytime by entering your order or tracking number at NZ Post.

On rare occasions, customs may delay shipments as a security measure.

Shipping Policy


It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. City Chic is unable to deliver to a Parcel Locker & Parcel Collect addresses.

If the wrong address has been entered, City Chic is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, City Chic will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. You will then be notified to advise when the refund has processed.

 


Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact City Chic within 7 working days of dispatch with your order number so that we may assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel.

 
 


Duties and Taxes


Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations City Chic is required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

 

All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however, they do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

 

For New Zealand customers, customs charges may be payable when the value of the goods exceeds NZ$225. 

 

 

 

 

  

Shipping Charges

All orders under $150 in Australia incur a flat rate delivery fee of $10.

All orders under $150 in New Zealand incur a flat rate delivery fee of $14.95.

Orders of $150 or more in Australia and New Zealand will receive FREE STANDARD DELIVERY.

We do not currently offer express shipping. All orders with be subject to standard delivery times.

CC Nation Members with GLAM VIP Loyalty Status will receive FREE DELIVERY for all online orders

City Chic is not responsible to cover return freight costs on change of mind purchases. For faulty items that cannot be replaced a full refund will be offered. City Chic will pay all freight charges on faulty items. Free shipping applied at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (AU Only)

All standard orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within approximately 3 business days.*

If you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until the following business day after which your tracking will be enabled.

Once dispatched and tracking number is received, you can contact Customer Care if you wish for your order to be delivered with Authority to Leave (ATL).

All deliveries sent with Toll Priority within Australia will be received within 3 to 5 business days of the dispatch date. Please allow at least 12 hours until tracking is enabled. Goods will be delivered on business days only. City Chic does not offer deliveries on weekend or public holidays.

Melbourne Metro deliveries will be sent with Australia Post. You will be able to track your order by entering the consignment number at https://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

Sydney Metro deliveries will be sent with Couriers Please. You will be able to track your order by entering the consignment number at https://www.couriersplease.com.au/Tools/Track

For PO Box Addresses or delivery to remote areas as determined by Toll, your order may be sent with Australia Post via their eParcel service. This service is slower than our normal delivery service and will be received in 7-10 business days of the dispatch date. You will be able to track your order by entering the consignment number at https://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

International Shipping (NZ Only)
