SIZE TABLE
FULL BUST:
Measure the circumference around the fullest part of your bust. Arms should be down and slightly away from your body. The tape should sit horizontally.
UNDER BUST CIRCUMFERENCE:
Measure the circumference just underneath your bust around the rib area.
WAIST:
This is the narrowest part of the natural waistline near the bellybutton. Bend to your left/right side and the natural bend point will be your natural waist.
HIGH HIP:
This is the circumference around your hip bone area.
LOW HIP:
This is the widest circumference measured over your buttocks and thighs. As a guide, this is about 20cm below natural waist.
