SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide and offer various options to meet your needs. Shipping cost to your country is determined by destination, weight and shipping method. To find out the shipping charges that apply to you, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed accordingly to the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make any payment. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. City Chic is unable to deliver to a P.O. Box. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

How do I know my order is shipped?

Once your order is confirmed by email it is processed by our warehouse and despatch department. The items are personally folded and enclosed safely in a satchel with your personal invoice. Your address is printed onto the packaging and collected from us personally by the carriers. We will email you a shipping confirmation email containing what you ordered, where it is going to as well as the tracking number and a link to the carrier's site.

How will my order be shipped?

We understand the need to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. In Australia our carrier is TOLL Priority - the market leader in express freight. For our New Zealand Orders we entrust TOLL Priority Global and for our International Orders we use FedEx. As soon as your order is dispatched we will email you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's site. Please note the number will not be traceable for at least 8 hours.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? (Australia)

All national deliveries will be received within 14 business days of the purchase date. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform City Chic if an order does not arrive within this time frame by emailing info@citychiconline.com or calling 1300 736 502. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date we will lodge an enquiry with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. You have the option to have your item delivered with or without a signature of receipt. If you choose to sign for your item you will generally need to be available between 8.30am and 5pm to receipt the delivery. You have the option to choose a different delivery address than your billing address. For example you may want to use your work address for delivery. If you choose to have the item delivered without a signature of receipt you are liable for actions there after the couriers said delivery. Our courier company will sometimes leave a card saying they have tried to deliver but have been unsuccessful even if you have requested your order to be delivered without a signature. This is so the courier company is not liable for deliveries and you must sign the card, and then call the number on the card for re-delivery. Without limiting the operation and any other terms and conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Without limiting the operation and any other terms and conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? (International)

This depends on the country of destination. Typically delivery will be within 20 business days. On rare occasions the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure, these delays can be 2-4 weeks for UK and US. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform City Chic if an order does not arrive either by emailing info@citychiconline.com or calling 0800 700 604 (NZ Only - all other international orders will need to email). Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date we will lodge an enquiry with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. Do you ship internationally?

We certainly do ship internationally. We use FedEx for the US and UK and Toll Priority Global for New Zealand.

Will my order incur customs charges?

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. City Chic do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office or info@citychiconline.com.

What happens if my items get lost in the mail?

The first thing to do is contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your confirmation email. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier, we will lodge an enquiry from our end. Please contact info@citychiconline.com if you have any queries on this.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?

Sometimes, orders can be sent in multiple satchels as they may have not fit in just one. Please contact our Customer Service Department to check if this is the case. If in the rare chance we have missed an item off your order we will arrange to have a replacement sent straight away.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If you receive a faulty item on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department straight away and we will arrange for a new item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the faulty item.

Do you deliver to PO Box Address?

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes at this time.

Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.
