RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at City Chic online, we hope you love your purchase. However if it’s not quite right here is what to do...  

Australian Residents

You can exchange or return your online order to either the online store or a physical City Chic store with the original receipt you receive in your parcel.   We can not accept returns for "change of mind" on any garments that have been worn and do not have tags attached. All items returned must be in new, original condition or unfortunately we will need to send these back to you. *PLEASE NOTE: All returns sent back between the 23rd of December 2011 and the 3rd of January 2011 will not be processed until the 4th of January 2011.

New Zealand Residents

Please note that effective of 25 January 2010 if you have purchased online, we can no longer accept exchanges or refunds instore in New Zealand due to system constraints. You must return your online order to the online store. We can not accept returns for "change of mind" on any garments that have been worn and do not have tags attached. All items returned must be in new, original condition or unfortunately we will need to send these back to you.

Please see instructions on how to return your garments below. 

To obtain a refund via the City Chic online store, sign into your online account and on the My Account page select the order the item(s) belong to. Follow the screen prompts to initiate a refund or exchange and indicate a reason for the return. Print the form and include it in your return package and as soon as we receive it at our Support Centre your exchange will be processed and new item sent back out to you or we will credit your credit card, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Please note you will be charged an additional fee for redelivery. Do not re-use our courier bag.  

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund your item/s providing the following conditions have been met;  

1. The items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date and the original sales receipt must be present.
2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garment must not have been worn.  


eBay Returns and Exchanges

Orders from the Offical City Chic eBay store cannot be exchanged or refunded instore. You must return your eBay online order to the online store. We can not accept returns for "change of mind" on any garments that have been worn and do not have tags attached. All items returned must be in new, original condition or unfortunately we will need to send these back to you.
