City Chic Nation Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
1.1 The City Chic Nation Loyalty Program is conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions. By joining the City Chic Nation Loyalty Program, you agree to join the City Chic mailing list and to be bound by these terms and conditions and any variations to them.
1.2 You agree to receive periodic notification via email, text messaging and or conventional post, outlining news, offers and other information relevant to City Chic products and services; and third party products and services.
1.3 City Chic reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice and in its absolute discretion.
2.1 Membership is available only to persons 18 years or over who live in Australia or New Zealand.
2.2 You agree to hold one membership only; and not apply for multiple memberships, whether by using multiple postal addresses, email addresses or otherwise.
2.3 You agree that to become a member you must provide a valid and unique email address and phone number and keep your contact details up to date.
2.4 City Chic may accept or refuse an application for membership for any reason, in its absolute discretion.
2.5 Upon becoming a City Chic Nation Loyalty Member in store you may be issued with a City Chic Member Card, which can be used as proof of membership to the City Chic Nation Loyalty Program. This VIP Card is not transferable and remains the property of City Chic. It is your responsibility to keep this card safe and tell City Chic immediately if it is stolen or lost.
2.6 After joining online your email address can be used as proof of membership to the City Chic Nation Loyalty Program. You will not be issued with a VIP Card when joining online.
2.7 You are responsible for all use of your membership and associated benefits. City Chic Nation Loyalty Program benefits are not transferable.
2.8 To be eligible for CC nation membership and receive relevant communication, you may not share an email address or mobile telephone number. An email and mobile telephone number may only be associated with 1 (one) CC Nation membership account.
2.9 CC membership cards can be used in One Woman stores to accumulate reward points.
3. Nation Credits
3.1 Members can earn Nation Credits by presenting your Member Card, Member Card number or email address in store or online at time of purchase.
3.2 The current Nation Credit rate is 1 Nation Credit for every dollar spent at City Chic. Nation Credits are rounded to the nearest dollar. Gift Card purchases, other taxes and any packaging and delivery charges do not qualify towards Nation Credits. Nation Credits earned on lay-by purchases will be applied in full on final payment of your lay-by.
3.3 Nation Credits are linked to tiers;
Bold = 0-299 Nation Credits
Sexy= 300-1299 Nation Credits
Glam = 1300+ Nation Credits
3.4 Tiers are calculated on the 1st October 2013 based on your previous 12 months spend. Any transactions made during this time where your member card was not scanned will not be included in your tier allocation.
3.5 Tiers are reviewed annually on the 1st October. At the time of Annual review a member must have been in a tier for 12 months. If not your tier rewards will roll over to the next annual review period.
3.6 On the annual review of a tier on 1st October a member must have spent the minimum amount of the allocated tier to maintain the rewards of this tier. If this has not been achieved they will drop down to the tier in which they have met the minimum spend requirements.
3.7 Members may progress through tiers in a 12 month period with increased spend. However the returning of items may result in a regression of tiers.
3.8 If you cannot provide proof of City Chic Nation Loyalty Program membership at time of transaction, City Chic is not obliged to issue Nation Credits on that purchase. Nation Credits will not be applied to orders already placed or to any transaction where a valid membership is not provided, this includes online transactions where guest checkout is used.
3.9 Nation Credits are earned on full price and sale transactions.
3.10 If you return any goods for a refund or your order is cancelled or not fulfilled for any reason; the Nation Credits you have earned for that order will be reversed.
3.11 Nation Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
3.12 City Chic will keep a record of the Nation Credits that you earn. City Chic reserves the right to correct your Nation Credit balance without notice if there are any errors in the award or redemption of credits.
3.13 Members will receive a monthly email of their Nation Credit balance. During a 30 day period before a balance is emailed to customers there may be a delay in the allocation of Nation Credits earned from in store and online purchases.
3.14 In store and online Nation Credit balances and tiers will not be updated instantly. This will occur on the 1st of each month.
3.15 Rewards vary between tiers and at the discretion of City Chic.
3.16 The conditions of each reward will be specified at the time of execution.
3.17 Free Shipping for members of the GLAM tier will automatically be applied to online purchases at time of checkout with an existing online member account, new member accounts will not be eligible to redeem until the following month.
3.18 Redemption for the bra offer specified per tier will be automatically applied to online purchases at time of checkout when valid with an existing online member account, new member accounts will not be eligible to redeem until the following month.
4.1 Vouchers will be issued by City Chic via email, to the most recent email address on file.
4.2 By applying for or using a Voucher you consent to these Voucher terms and any other Voucher terms (Specific Voucher Terms) printed on the voucher or listed on the website or email where the voucher was issued. These terms apply to physical vouchers and to any electronic discount code that may be issued.
4.3 Voucher values are as specified on the physical voucher.
4.4 Vouchers can be used in Australia or New Zealand.
4.5 Vouchers are valid 14 days from the date of issue.
4.6 Vouchers are redeemable on the purchase of full-price items.
4.7 Vouchers are not redeemable on a prior purchase, existing lay-by or on the purchase of Gift Cards. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or used to make a lay-by payment. Vouchers cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping and handling or other charges.
4.8 Vouchers must be surrendered on redemption; and must not be reproduced or copied in anyway. Vouchers are not valid if reproduced or copied.
4.9 Without limitation, Vouchers issued on email are redeemable in store or online. For online redemption the online code must be entered at checkout with an existing online member account, new member accounts will not be eligible to redeem until the following month. 4.10 City Chic reserves the right to choose how and when Vouchers are issued.
4.11 Vouchers are redeemable once only and are not transferable.
4.12 Vouchers will not be replaced if stolen, lost or not received.
4.13 Your Voucher must be redeemed in full in a single transaction during its redemption period. The voucher must be used on a purchase greater than the voucher amount. Neither cash nor credit will be issued for the balance of a voucher if not redeemed in full. Failure to redeem a voucher before the expiry date provided will result in the forfeit of your Voucher.
4.14 Where multiple items are purchased in a single transaction, the value of the redeemed voucher is allocated to each item in the transaction based on the proportion of the items value to the total value of all purchased items, excluding shipping, taxes and other charges.
4.15 If a Voucher is used and your entire order is cancelled or rejected, or you RETURN all or only some of the items in your order; we will refund the actual amount paid by you, subject to our applicable trading terms; and issue a credit note for the voucher discount applied to these returned item/s.
4.16 If a Voucher is used and your entire order or only part of your order is EXCHANGED for new items of equal or greater value, you will not forfeit the Voucher value applied to your original transaction.
4.17 Seasonal Wardrobe giveaways are specific to each tier. Entries open 1st December, 1st March, and 1st June. Members will be notified via Facebook and email of the winners. This will be subject to its own set of conditions.
4.18 Online vouchers will only be valid if an existing online account exists linked to the correct email address at time of email. Please contact customer care on 1800 151 110 for any issues.
5.1 Members may unsubscribe at any time with written notice by; (a) Going to the “Contact Us” page on the City Chic website and filling out the Enquiry Form with a request to unsubscribe. (b) Sending a request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org; or (c) giving notice by post to Customer Service, City Chic division of Specialty Fashion Group Ltd. 151-163 Wyndham St, Alexandria NSW 2015.
5.2 On termination of your membership to the City Chic loyalty Program, any unused Nation Credits Vouchers will be automatically forfeited.
5.3 City Chic may vary or terminate its City Chic Nation loyalty Program at any time, without notice in its absolute discretion. City Chic is not liable for any loss arising from termination or variation, including loss of Nation Credits or reduction in the value Nation Credits. Variations may include but are not limited to changing the ratio of Nation Credits earned to the amount spent, changing the ratio of Vouchers issued on Nation Credits earned; changing the expiry period of Nation Credits or Vouchers. This includes but is not limited to the discontinue, cancel or refusal to issue or honor any Voucher.
5.4 City Chic may terminate a membership without notice if it is deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
7. City Chic
7.1 The City Chic Membership is conducted by the City Chic division of Specialty Fashion Group Ltd. ABN 43 057 569 169.
7.2 City Chic accepts no responsibility for stolen, lost, damaged or misdirected VIP Cards, Rewards Vouchers or other member benefits.
7.3 To the extent legally permitted, City Chic excludes all conditions, warranties, guarantees and similar, whether express or implied, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied under the loyalty Program (Warranties), other than those implied by statute which may not be legally excluded. Any liability City Chic may have to you under Warranties implied by statute which cannot be excluded is limited, where expressly permitted by statute, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the goods or services again or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the goods, at City Chic’s option.
7.4 To the extent legally permitted, in no event will City Chic be liable to anyone for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages of any type whatsoever, including, without limitation, any lost profits or savings, damage to or loss of property or personal injury (including death), even if City Chic is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion and waiver of liability applies to all causes of action, whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theories. To the extent that the above exclusion of liability is unenforceable, invalid or ineffective for any reason, it will be severed from these Terms and City Chic’s maximum aggregate liability for all losses, damages and other amounts referred to in the above exclusion of liability under any cause of action referred to in the above exclusion of liability is limited to AUD$5.00
7.5 These Terms and Conditions apply to the City Chic Nation loyalty Program in general. Any additional competitions, special offers or other vouchers are subject to their own set of conditions, which will apply to you, if you choose to participate in the additional activity.
