DELIVERY CHARGES

Orders of $150 or more will receive FREE STANDARD DELIVERY.  For all orders under $150 a flat rate of $10 delivery fee will be charged.

CC Nation Members with GLAM VIP Loyalty Status will receive FREE DELIVERY for all online orders

Eligible Click to Collect Orders receive FREE STANDARD DELIVERY to participating City Chic stores only.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All standard orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days

All deliveries sent with Toll Priority within Australia will be received within 3 to 5 business days of the dispatch date. You are able to track your order by entering your Consignment number via http://online.toll.com.au/trackandtrace/ Please note the number will not be traceable for at least 12 hours.

Goods will be delivered on business days only. City Chic do not offer deliveries on weekend or public holidays

For PO Box Addresses or delivery to remote areas as determined by Toll, your order may be sent with Australia Post via their eParcel service. This service is slower than our normal delivery service and will be received in 7-10 business days of the dispatch date. You will be able to track your order by entering the consignment number at http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

At this stage City Chic only delivers to New Zealand and orders will be received within 5-10 business days of the dispatch date.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box Addresses

On rare occasions the customs agency may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure.

SHIPPING POLICY

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. City Chic is unable to deliver to a Parcel Locker address.

Should you enter the wrong address, City Chic is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, City Chic will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. You will then be notified to advise when the refund has processed.

Delivery is not currently available for New Caledonia and Norfolk Islands addresses.


LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact City Chic within 7 working days of dispatch with your order number so that we may assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel.


DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations City Chic is required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
